Money not refunded

I’d bought a toolkit for 2798.00 INR from naaptol on 25th May 2012 (Order no 4024795). The item I received was broken and of very inferior quality. I sent a response immediately to naaptol and after multiple exchanges, they finally said that the payment would be refunded once they receive back the item.

We sent the item back on 7th June 2012. 2 months have gone by after that. They have received the item but I’m yet to get the refund.

Initially they said that a cheque would be issued but they didn’t do so. After repeated mails, twice I received the response that the amount has been refunded to my a/c and a transaction ID was given but no such deposit had been made. Both the times I sent the a/c statement as proof but to no avail.

I’m fed up with the CRM people and the response I’m getting. I’ve all the mails and could provide them if required.
