Money lost/ Misbehave

Dear sir,
my self preetam kumar, I have bought a blackberry phone model no. Bold 3g 9000 white on 27/03/2010.
Within a month I faced body and software relating problem in handset. I complaint and they replaced the phone with new set.
With in 2 – 3 months again same problem occurs in hand set. The paint of phone body is mis-printed from the menu buttons.
I went to service station and complaint against this, but they refused to take back due to tempered seal and missing of some screw. They told me that you have shown and opened your phone to some other shop. I want to add this in compliant that if I using a phone from a reputed company and it got damaged within warranty period, why should I go to some where instead of going to black berry service centre.
When they refused to take back they also misbehaved. I continuously requested to them to please submit the phone once and get the status. But they again denied and throw my phone and refused to take any action.
They shouted on me to get lost with my phone. Then after I put a compliant in 100 to police and they came.
But, the service centre guys not supporting any way.
After all these incident, I again purchase two set of black berry, and having same problem. But they replaced the phone with new one.
I also filed online application to black berry but not get any response. Finally I am filing the complain to you.
I suffered the loss of money or peace of mind.
I hope you understand my condition, as I am in business, I have no such spare time to go on daily basis.
