Saturday 7th May 2016 somebody exchanged my card when i was withdrawing money and after that he withdrew rs 47000 from my account. I came to know through SMS in my mobile phone. I tried helpline no of bank to block my card but of no use. Next day Sunday and again I could not stop. I filed police complaint and they said with the help of cc tv footage they can catch the person. Next day Monday I went bank and blocked my card. Even requested for cctv footage . Till today I didn’t get any help . The name in the card was same and I didn’t check the surname. When I asked about the details of that card the bank said it was blocked few days back only. It clearly shows the person is continously committing crime and due to banks negligence he is free and not afraid of. If I cannot get back my money atleast he should get caught. So that others should not suffer. I need your help.
