Money did not come out only slip out from ATM

Dear Sir,
I Sanjay Kadam want to state that my sister name Lalita’s account exist in Punjab national Bank branch situated at DCM Building,8th floor,16 Barkhamba Road, New Delhi – 110001. On 13th july 2012 lalita went to take out money from Axix Bank Atm situated at Sohna chowk gurgaon.
Only slip out but money did not out. She lodged a complaint of PNB customer care. After 20 days they rejected the comlaint
number 58117821. We tried many times but bank personnel did not show any interest regarding this matter. we are fed up. we are not getting our valuable money. So you are requested sir to do something for us so that we can get our valuable money.
