Money Deduction from my salary account Since 2013 by hdfc bank with out my knowledge

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Kolkata,Westbengal&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: HDFC Bank,Laketown Kolkata</p>SIR HDFC bank hasbeen continuosly deducting money from my salaried account-03491140003884 laketown kolkata branch without my knowledge since 2013 may to till date.They deduct amount following transtion 09may2013 AMB CHRG INCL ST CESS FOR APR-2013 4.23, 05JUNE2013 AMB CHRG INCL ST CESS FOR JUNE 396.26 05JUNE2013 AMB CHARG INCL ST CESS FOR JUNE 389.03 till date a total of 789.56 have been deducted.i want my money refund in my account.
