money deduction and worst internet service

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am not able to use internet on my mobile

on 9831449788, from 31st July 2012 to till now,

instead of having a monthly pack of 98 which

will end on 12th August 2012 and its been

almost 20 times that whenever I am calling

customer care, before reaching to the

customer care executive they just end my call,

that is why I could not lodge any complaint

there.
Moreover, I have purchased an anti virus

worth Rs. 99 on 22nd July 2012 and sent an

ISD msg that cost Rs. 5 but they deducted

double the amount that is Rs.198 and Rs.10

respectively from my main balance.
Its really harassing and irritating. Airtel is

cheating it’s customers. Kindly look forward to

these issues as soon as possible.
