before 7 days the company cut my 97Rs balance from my cell and wen i did the complain to refund my money dey told dat i used the internate in midnight and dats why they cuts my balance bt that time i was sleeping and i did not use internate but i forgot that.
but after dat now bofore 1/2hour they cuts my 99Rs telling dat i downloaded sumthing actress video pack but i dint downloaded any thing like that i was using Go chat application,i was chating wid ma friend so how i can download…..and when i called there consumer care day cuts ma call…….so plz sir do sumthing for that bcz that is big money for me and i want my money back….plz sir…
