sir/madam,
i am facing some kind of problems from aircel ltd.
as they also deduct balance from account balance saying that you used this service or that service but actually never used that.
And when i call to customer care service they say we have network breakdown bit there isn’t
So my complain is that they never my money back which they deduce of that service which i never taken
money deduction
