Money deducted but ticket not booked and not showing booking ref number or transaction ref number

Dear Concern,

I try to book ticket from make my trip on 16th feb 2015 for the journey 1st march 2015 from Doha to hyd 1 stop connecting flight Oman airways WY662 doha-muscat (20:40-23:15) and muscat –Hyderabad Oman airways WY 235 (1:30 -6:10) through state bank of India debit card money 12253 Indian rupees was debited from sbi account but ticket not booked.. Money deducted but ticket not booked and not showing booking ref number or transaction ref number.

I was raised compliant and I call many times to make my trip customer care services no action and no information they are simply saying i can help you if you required new booking . I want my money back
