i have done recharge from airtel payment bank register no is 7054546412.i recharge on 19.11.18 of amount 394,trancation id -1464442828,amount is deducted from my wallet and recharge not succes.i have complain to customercare then they said it will refrund in 24 hour in your wallet i have wait but it is not add in my wallet then again i tell but they not taking any action they are again giving excusses and till today amount is not add or not recharge is sucess. the complain id given by airtel payment bank is-29332098.so plz help me for recovering money my contact no is 7355135062.
