Hi,
I have recharged my mobile online through my debit card and it showed ‘recharge successful’, money is deducted from my bank account, but the balance is not reflected in my mobile.
When called the customer care, I get a response from Mr. Sunil Kumar K, (complaint no: 1438595946) that they can do nothing about the recharge on my phone.
I have raised the complaint online with Complaint No : 561494, but nothing happened till now (3days from when the issue started).
When the called the customer care, the representative (S Archana) is neither connecting me to her supervisor, nor helping me with anyways.
I have already sent a copy of my bank statement on the same and am clueless on how to get my money back.
Please help me.
