Money deducted for Internet browsing when GPRS pack was active

Location/place: Chinchwad,Pune

I had activated my GPRS pack on 08/08/2013 on recharge of Rs.95 and got 3Gb data succesfuly to be used For 21days(200mb/day).When on 11/08/2013 I went to Mumbai(roaming)My Rs40/- were imediately deducted for browsing.I called customer care but not giving proper response and putting on me that yotw may have use more than 200mb/Day above but this is not true .It is the network mistake.
