Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done the order and payment for Inverter V Hot and Cooling AC from 18 degree celcius, LG Showroom, Thoriapakkam, Sholinganallur. With multiple follow up, I received the wrong model AC which I refused to accept.
The order was for Inverter V Hot and Cool 2012 Model of 1.5 ton from 18 degree Celcius, LG Dealer, Thoriapakkam, Sholinganallur, Where as they came up with Inverter Hot & Cool 2011 Model of 1.5 ton. Due to the unexpected model, I had not accepted the order and delivery person took the model along with them. The order was taken with 9 month EMI option, which details are as follows:

Now, when I am calling them to revert the transaction, they are not ready to take it seriously. People working there will drop the phone as they are not bothered. The transaction is of Rs 48,000 which is a very high amount for me. I am not able to proceed, kindly help in getting my money back.
