They took the drawings and then at the time of kitchen assembly every thing was upset, not fitting in, so they said that they will fix it, but since Nov. 2011 they have not come to fix it and when we call him he never pick up phone, and he is saying that do what ever you like to do, he will not fix the kitchen, as well as in the order we asked for some other sofa bit he delievered the other one and said that he will replace it very soon but he has not done yet, we are in truble please suggest the solution.
