mobile warranty and replacement

i have submitted my zen ultraphone 701 hdon dated 8 may 2014@ mobile service point ,kanpur after 30 days they said to me that u want more time then i took mobile and submittd to other zen service sertre in govind nagar , kanpur till now they have not given me mobile only giving me excuses ,plz help me thank you
