THe Mobile Store (Online shopping portal) Unresponsive customer care and embarassaing service

Hello Friends, My name is Anoop.I ordered a Xperia C from The Mobile Store`s online portal.Now its been 2 weeks since i placed my order and as of now no idea about my product.If u mail them you will not get any repliey.If you call them, not only you will lose your phone credits but also no one will answer the phone.you will get connected very rarely.Every day i try to call them, the call get automatically connected through IVR and you start deducting your phone balanace.This is because, that is a semi toll-free number.Today when i called them somehow someone answered my call & after talking him about my problem, he put my call on hold for a long time.At last i terminated that call bcz i nearly reached zero balance.What an “excellent” service.we people are “blessed” by their service.

Dear Friends I strongly recommend you that Never try to Buy any product from their online portal.I dont know about thier showroom service but never think about buying any product online from their portal even if they are providing it for free.
