I am Sudhamshu A R and I am using the mentioned service which is registered in the name of my father Ramachandra A N. The mobile number used is 9945551061. I have been subscribed to various service like Radio mirchi,Arti bhajan, Tirupati Bhajan without mine or my father’s approval. This happens regularly after recharging my mobile balance. I have lost around Rs150 or more. I have been refunded twice, Rs10 and Rs20. From 12-June-2012 I am unable to call from my number to credit back the amount or to even inform about unwanted deducting of mobile balance amount . I called 6 times from that time to customer care executive through the number 198 and each time it is getting diverted to some other section. I am helpless and I want my money and effort to be compensated
