Mobile Service Failur

Name of company/service: Nokia care

Sir/Madam,
I gave my Nokia E5-00 mobile for repairing in Nokia Care. There was damage in SIM port, so I have given it for replacement of SIM port. But note that mobile was in working condition except my SIM was not detected in mobile. Now they did some problem in repairing and can not able to detect it. Now my mobile can be switch on but it shows just white plan screen. They also tried to change its operating system by formating it and did flash in my mobile. But still its not working. They want to give me back in dead condition.
