I bought a micromax mobile Model No. M2 from Saholic.com. After 2 month my handset have some problem in software(Showing Internal error), I went to Mathura service centre,

He issue me a job Sheet no. N040526-0612-1184525 on date 09/06/12 and asked me to contact me after two days. On 13-06-2012, I had get message from company that my mobile problem is solved and collect the mobile from service center. Since than I contacted and meet with service center representative Mr . Ayush many times. But He always saying that your set is not repaired “come after 2 days or come tomorrow morning or come today evening” Like this. I am facing many problems without phone . You can presume that for me Mobile set is very necessary. It is requested please take necessary action urgently, Please do the needful. As soon as possible.
