i am using prepaid sim of BSNL and i changed my mobile set 1 week back and since then unexpectedly any time the msg appears from my own number informing about my own IMEI no. and 0.80 Rs had been deducted always. this has happened for more than 10 t0 15 times and so i tried calling in customer care of BSNl but since 2 days of efforts i am unable to contact the customer care executive and the money is been deducted continously and i m fed up and not able to do anything. Kind take some action against customer care services and get me some relief from this problem.
