I HAD SUBMITTED MY PHONE (HTC DESIRE X) TO THE SERVICE CENTRE OF HTC ON 20th AUGUST,2014. MY PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY AND I WAS PROMISED THAT MY PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME ON 2ND OF SEPTEMBER,2014.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY FOR THE SAME SINCE 3RD SEPTEMBER.
EVERYTIME I AM GIVEN A NEW DATE AND THEN ON THE DAY I AM ASKED TO WAIT FOR A FEW MORE DAYS.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN RUDE TO ME TWICE AS THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED THE CALL INTENTIONALLY ON MY FACE.
I WAS PROMISED THAT MY DEVICE WILL BE REPLACED ON 7TH SEPTEMBER,2014. AND THEN AGAIN ON 10TH SEPTEMBER I WAS TOLD THAT MY DEVICE WILL BE REPAIRED.
AGAIN ON 16TH I WAS TOLD THAT A REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN.
AGAIN ON 19TH I WAS TOLD A NEW STORY.
I AM FEELING CHEATED AND HELPLESS AS OF NOW.
I NEED MY DEVICE (REPAIRED/REPLACED) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
PLEASE DO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
