On 31st May 2013, I have purchased Nokia Lumia 520 mobile phone for Rs.9990 with one year warranty form Poorvika.. 100 feet road, coimbatore. On 2nd day the mobile display was getting lines, but I thought it is display design and am not worry about that on time, again 5th day the mobile got automatically restart ( am facing frequent automatic restart issue in this handset).
Yesterday I went to the same showroom and told about the mobile troubles. The store manager Mr. Arunkumar attend my queries. But he is not ready to replace my mobile, he told to me to give the mobile to service center for rectification. And also he is not ready to answer my questions. The sales executive spoke very polite for sale the mobile when I purchased on time. But as a customer now am coming with problem because of the mobile, the manager spoke very anger. On purchase time they are welcome,,, but now they are speaking with biting teeth and they are not willing my presents in showroom . I paid money for worries
1. Why I need to service the mobile, which is not even 2 weeks old?
2. For this better to purchase second hand phone with half price right?
3. They are not willing to replace my new phone, then y giving 1 year warranty?
4. Why they are behaving like this?
5. Is there no quality of mobiles in the brand nokia?
6. Am very much disappointed with the service after sale in Poorvika
Request you to, please help me on this regards, I need to replace the phone with new one.
