I have purchased a in focus company mobile,model M535 worth Rs 9999/-.it’s display is not working,so I have submitted my mobile for repairing in infocus registered service centre named ACCEL FRONTLINE LTD.Kolkata on17 Dec.2015;the service centre has promised me that I will get my mobile repaired within 10 to maximum 15 days.but still I have not got my mobile,they are saying that in focus company has not sent it’s part ,so repair is pending,every week I call to service centre and reply is same,so I contacted to infocus customers centre,they promised me that I will get it within 1 week,but it is allready 2months gone,it is purchased on November months,my mobile is branded New and it’s New release by company,but company is unable to provide service and repair,I am totally harassed by company and its registered service centre,I want to registered my complaint.your necessary action required sir.
