Name of company/service: Idea cellular
I have recharged mobile (9977025307) with 300/- on 8 june 2013.
Amount is debited from account but it is not showing any balance and outgoing is not yet activated. I am following to customer care since 3 days but no one is responding properly.
Facing same problem with my another Idea 3G number (Mob no : 8959890530) recharged with 198/- rs. but internet is not yet activated .
Please do needful.
