Mobile Problmes not resolve aftre 5 time service at service center

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Samsung -Note (serial no.RF1C834ZMSY) handset in 13 -Sep-12 but after time it got some problem related to their Heating during during uses of Net, Video, Camera and for resolving the same issue i visited approx. more than 5 times at service time always they correct and create a new problem in the handset and assure me that problem is being resolved by us but after some days same problem i faced and every time samsung custumer care and service centre assure me that the problem will not come in future
and now they just make me fool and not ready to replace the handset.
