I have purchases Motorola-Fire 24th oct 2011. I have complained in November 2011 for Memory lost, Mobile slow response,phones hungs, within 20 days of purchases dates, Univercell sales CMH Road, Bangalore . We met services team-( Sukumar, Manager of sales/sevices) they have taken for sevices, its took 4 weeks for services and said it will not happen again .
After 1 month, Feb 2012 , Phones again hangs and calls get disconnects , memories lost complained again , they said, they have done services and said next time any problem occures we will replace the phone but problem continued.
29th July : Again complained and met with chandrasekhar at UniverCell, who doesn’t response our request and he has also taken our receipt without our knowlege when we asked him to return our acknowlegement slip, he statrted fighting with us and finally after too much arguments, he has given receipt which we found latter that he has given some other customer receipt.they have cheated us.Finally we are ready to give phone again for serving but they said come tomorrow as they don’t have any other mobile as a standby.
The response with customers is very poor and services took longer time then expected every time when we go services.
The way services Representative chandrasekhar treated us is not professional and mentally we so much disturbe.We really wanted to take action against them so that in future no other customer will face the same problem.they should value to there customer and do not harsh the customers.
Bad product from Motorola and bad service from UniverCell.
Request you to kindly help me and take some action against them for replacement of phones as we have struggling for more then a 8 months.
They are not read for replacement and told us to complain where ever we can do, its hardly matter to them.
