Hi i have complain regarding Sony xperia t2 ultra. i bought this phone on 12 july and only a day after it started giving me nightmares.whenever i put my phone on charging it automatically start opening wifi, mobile data ,bluetooth, nfc,and money gets wasted on things which i really dont intend to use.Till date a total 200 rs has already been wasted ,therefore i went to dealer for the purpose of replacing the phone and what i heard was shocking . he said that i had to come within 7 days from the purchasing date to replace it and since it was 9 day he denied replacing it. normally the duration of replacemnet is 30 days provided the phone is not suffering from water damage or breakage.
The dealer asked me to go sony service centre and service station guy told me there were issue with software and hence they have update my phone with kit kat software and now i would’nt facing any problem. it was not even 12 hrs that the phone started showing its tantrum again.Moreover the attitude of dealer and service guy was pathetic.I was in conversation with Mr. Kapil from customer care of Sony company ,that guy commited me that he’ll arrange a call back for me but i haven’t receive any cll from the company .
I would request you to please help me out in this concern, though i have spent my whole salary on this phone.Want you to take some action regarding this concern.
