i had applied for mobile portability on 12 march 2013. i filled portability form to switch from vodafone to bsnl. Bsnl charged rupees 139 for that. i ws told that it will be done within a weed. I also went to the office for inquiry. I asked them for refund but they are not willing to give my money back. 1 month passed still my portability not done
