Dear Forum,
I have purchased few samsung galaxy pocket for some corporate activity at Jaipur on 29th May’12. same has been gifted on 9th June and found that 1 mobile out of the batch is having some motherboard related issue which duly reported to dealer/distributor (Agon Electronics, Jaipur-Rajasthan) & samsung service center where they suggest to get the motherboard replaced but as a customer this is a brand new test carrying some manufacturing defect.
As i have paid for a brand new handset hence do not wish to get it repair within 2 days of use which has been requested to everyone at Jaipur samsung team but seems that no one cares at samsung for a customer hence writing you my concern in hope that i will get my handset replaced without further delay.
As they are not ready to replace the handset hence Requesting for your favor and help
