It is a case of Mobile Insurance. I purchased my mobile handset on 5th April, 2014 and purchased 1 year insurance along with it. My mobile handset got damaged accidentally 30th Nov, 2014 and as i had purchased insurance i asked them to repair it. After calling them so many times they picked my mobile up from my home on 16th Dec, 2014 and as per their guidelines the phone should have been repaired properly but the condition have become worsen. I got my Mobile after phone and that too in critical condition which is not getting ON. I paid 3713 as per their guidelines they should have returned it within 15 days but i have not received my paid amount yet. I kindly request you to do something to solve my problem. I shall be very thankful to you.
