I have purchased a mobile Samsung Note 1 last year. In Nov 2013, due to charging problem I gave my mobile to Samsung service center in Marathali, Bengaluru. When they returned me the mobile, Charging problem was solved but in my mobile signal starts dropping and my call was getting dropped in 1 second. I again gave my mobile to the service center and escalated the issue to Samsung website .The service center gave me the mobile and told me that they have changed the motherboard of my mobile. Till next 8 months it worked fine and due to personal reasons I shifted to Chandigarh, but now the same call drop problem started coming, I went to Chandigarh Samsung service care center and when I showed them my mobile and when they opened it, they told me that its motherboard has been tempered and the components have been removed. I called Samasung Service helpline no. so they alleged me that you have opened your mobile from outside and according to them they have a database in which they have stored that this mobile antena has been replaced. According to them, if any problems come with the motherboard they replace the whole motherboard but do not repair it .As antena is alaso a part of motherboard they should have replaced it. In my case, instead of replacing the motherboard, they have replace the antenna and it has been stored in their database. As my warranty is over, the are charging me 10000 for replacing the motherboard. It is due to them that my phone got antenna problem and instead of fully rectifying that (by replacing motherboard according to company policy), I came to know from Chandigarh Samsung Service center that they have repaired it and also remove some parts from motherboard.
