I’d purchased a mobile phone cum tablet from Zync. It was under one year warranty. It had problems of switching on for which I contacted Zync customer care services and on their advice on 24/09/2013 I have given it to Singh communications, Shimoga, which is the nearest service centre. They have sent it to Zync for repair as they could not do it locally. Zync have received it on 08/10/2013. Ref No. RVSRN1310SGC00005. Since then I am calling Zync customer care centre every week sometimes even earlier. Each time they are telling me that it will take 7-8 working days. I’ve sent many e mails also for which either there is no reply or reply that it will be done “SOON”.
As nearly 4 months have passed I requested them to either repair it or send a new set.
They are not doing either. Still telling it will be done in 8-10 days.
They are deficient in services.
Kindly take action to redress my complaint.
