I was purchased a mobile(htc Diamond) in online through online payment from dealsandyou. They sent me defective peice it’s damaged from internal the phone is not working.i was send back to “infinity global solution” in mumbai. from 10 weeks they told we replace ur mobile within 1 week or 2 weeks. final 10 weeks over now there team leader (vanitha kharat) told you replace your product with other mobile phone i deposit 3000rs more in company account but i have not gotit my phone till date. all online specaily this infinity global solution doing fraud bussiness.totaly i paid for mobile 9000/ + for courier 600/ i need my money back through payment on my account or repalced mobile. pls help me sir.
