Hi,
My Mobile number is suspended from last 2 weeks, and continuous communication with customer care representatives, I have not get any solution.
Also they are not able to provide any reason for the same, every time they are transferring the call to their seniors, ultimately it get disconnected.
Even they are not taking any complain against the issue.
5 days ago, I got a call from the following mobile number (+91-9800918581), demanding he is a senior engineer of airtel , promised me that the line will get started within 48 hour, but it is already 4 days go the line had not yet started.
I am confirming you that no outstanding bill is pending;
Could you please help me out?
