Mobile Number is not ported even after 10 Days

Location/place: Chalakudy, Kerala

Sir,

I tried to port my mobile number +919061479080( Uninor Number) to Tata Docomo from a Docomo Mini store situated in Palarivattam, Ernakulam on 6th August 2012. And at that time they said that it will take maximum 7 days. And even after 10 days it is not ported. And when i am calling these service providers they are saying that its the problem of other service provider. I request please took necessary action so that my number should ported or return the money i spent for porting my number.
