mobile number cancelled

here i am posting a complaint of my all ready cancelled mobile number 9219553009.
i was filing a complaint regarding of cancellation of my this number on dated 19th July 2012 with payment of rs 300 to mr. kuldeep (tata docomo employee) mobile number of mr. kuldeep is 9219609722. and he assured me that your mobile number is cancelled right now.
after six month of this complaint i have found a call from ms. shikha agrawal regarding outstanding payment of rs 560 on this number please make the payment otherwise she will file a court case against me in 1 hour.
so for conforming it i was calling to mr. kuldeep and he gave me a number of mr. dheeraj khanna (9219505979) and told me that he had got transferred to some where else after that i was calling to mr. dheeraj and contact to mr ankit (store manager head holi gate TATA DOCOMO OFFICE) both of them told me that you should have to pay the outstanding payment on your number and i was conforming that if i done the payment what is the surety that it number is getting be cancelled so mr ankit told me that i was only show to you on my system but do not have to give any conformation in writing but mr dheeraj khanna told me that he will provide a NOC latter regarding cancelled of my number in half an hour so please make the payment i will make the payment right then but not receive the NOC from TATA DOCOMO OFFICE.
