Mobile number is not activated since paid full amount of bill very long back.

My mobile number is not activated as i have paid full amount of bill. I dont know why such a big telecom company is doing fraud to their customer. i am having my number since 9 years. i have cdma number from reliance communication post paid connection. i have visited number of times reliance web world in my local area vashi navi mumbai. All web world i tried and contacted but no kind response i felt. They are simply like hopeless, manner less employee at every mobile store and web world in vashi. Please guys dont try cdma connection from reliance communication, i will suggest to go Tata cdma connection.
