Dear sir,
I have submitted my mobile (sony xperia P LT22i, IMEI 353722054350618) at ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS sony service center on date Aug 10, 2013 due to display problem, which job no. is W11308100242. But still today Aug 19, 2013, my mobile is not repaired and I have not get any satisfied answer from ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS. I have received an repeated answer “Your part have not been received, it takes 2-3 days more”. It shows lack of professional integrity by member of ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS. I have to faced a big problem and mentally stress due to having no mobile in hand in today’s life.
Please take necessary action against ADITYA INFOSOLUTIONS which they understand his duties and responsibilities in fever of costumer
