Mobile not recharging but amount debited from account

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Airtel,Delhi

Respecte sir

On 19th June,2012-Tuesday, I recharged for Rs100(four times through ICICI bank & Two timnes through freecharge.in website) Rs50 (one time in airtel.in website). In any of the cases my mobile was not recharged but amount debited from my account.

I complained on this to Airtel customer care, every time they raised service request but till now issue not sorted out. I have provided them all my transaction ID details.

It is five days since I complained on this not got any proper result or respnse from this service provider-Airtel.

Please do the needfull in this regard, I cant able to call anyone because of zero balance, since tuesday 19thJune,2012. its severly affecting my communications.
