I paid Rs.250 to recharge my Vodafone mobile and when it was not recharged I went to the shop to ask for the failure. They started arguing that I had to remain until the recharge happened while I was in a hurry to go to some place and I thought it would have recharged. The day I recharged was Saturday and I went to the enterprise on Sunday but they claim that I should have come on the same day. When I asked them to contact their distributor and which they did, there were no record of any recharge of Rs.250 in that period of time. Even when the distributor said they argue that it would have been recharged to a different number. The distributor says there were no record of any recharge during that period. We confirm the mobile number before recharging. It prompts and records mobile number twice. I have been using the same number since 5 years and there has been not a single mistake yet. These people cheat and grab money. They did not even refunded money or recharged properly. Where should I go to complain this? Please help me who should I contact and what should I do? The shop’s name is Manjunath Enterprise, SS Complex, Shop No. 4, Kadubesanhalli, Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Near J. P. Morgan, Bangalore, India.
