Mobile not received from the company’s Customer Service Centre

I bought my cell phone(Micromax Canvas Knight A350) online on flipkart. Later due to cell getting heated up frequently, I submitted my cell in the Micromax service centre(Tech solutions) at Shivaji nagar, Court road, Pune and got to know that the cell should be sent to the company(Micromax) and that i will get my cell repaired after a month and i was handed over an ELS Report from the service centre.
