   When you received an parcel is it already opened. if, yes be careful in future, jaago grahak jaago, mobile le ke bhaago.

   dear sir,
   I an from chipkart.com,We sent mobile trough DTDC courier,when it was dispatched from our side it was about 480 gm,all the way to Mumbai it was same,when it reached khopoli branch it became about 100 gm,after getting complaint from him we contacted dtdc khopoli branch,but the girl which received the call was so rude that I can’t even mention what she said,so we lodged a complaint to DTDC general manager,but still we din’t receive any reply.so we are thinking going legal.
   in these unfortunate circumstances I say to yogesh to cooperate with us,we will not leave him like this,definitely do something for you,please be patient,I understand the circumstances,we will find a solution for you.

   Hello Chipcart

   I had kept a lot of patience since 27th FEB , two months
   Nobody from DTDC even bother to notice this & still not replied
   Can DTDC be questioned through forum or court legally now
