Dear Team,
I m received call from idea executive (Pooja/ M: 07665850113) for idea mobile migration from prepaid to postpaid, I have submitted my require doc on dated 18 may13 & received verification call from idea executive (Ravi/ M: 09467436023) after my prepaid mobile no is blocked on dated 1june13, I was called to Pooja she is not pick my phone after that I was call to Pooja department another person (Jitendra/Vikas M: 07503601123) but he is not pick my phone, my no. is blocked from last three days, I was log same issue with idea customer care but it is not give any satisfaction solution.
I need your help, kindly look in to it.
