Mobile Issue

I have submitted my mobile in authorized Micro max center on 11 august,2014 within warranty period for screen issue but i didnt get my mobile back.
I have asked for my mobile but they are ignoring my complain by saying company is still working on your mobile.
I want my mobile as soon as possible and if repairing is not possible then i want new mobile as per company told.
please take seriously this complain.
