Dear Sir,
I had changed my mobile number 9818782508 from postpaid to prepaid on 17th June 2013, since then I am not able to use my mobile instead of numbers of compliant filed with Airtel customer care. sometime Airtel representatives assure me that your mobile will be start working in next 24 to 36 hours but nothing is happen and moreover everytime Airtel representatives narrating the different reasons for not working of my mobile and ask me to go the Airtel Outlet for their own default or deposit some money or again deposit my documents with Airtel Outlet.
Please look into my grevience and take strict action against Airtel
