i purchased a mobile from Naaptol (online shopping), the company delivered me a phone that was not working properly. when i complaint to them ,they told me to send the phone on their service centre address in mumbai. i paid courier charges and sent my mobile .the company promise me that they will give me replacement within 15 days but they return my phone almost after 3 months and now phone is not working now tell me what to do
