I, Dipika pradhan had bought a OPPO phone and also done insurance for the same (detail given below). Unfortunately my phone got lost and had claimed my insurance. I approached The New India Assurance Company Limited at Kolkata, there I was told to make online claim. There I registered and CIN number (TOCT14419 generated on 14/10/2017) was given. I have also upload all the documents asked in the CIN. But till date I have not received any feedback from there. I request to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
