MOBILE HANDSET PROBLEM

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Pravat Debnath from West Bengal Durgapur -Dist=Burdwan, I have purchase a Nokia lumia-520 handset on april -2013 from National Electonic Durgapur City centre and my handset is on warrenty period ,after buying this handset I have facing different problem on this handset I have submit my handset on nearest nokia care on 29/04/2013 and launch an complain reguarding this matter. After that they send my handset to their head office for repair but they can’t resolve my handset problem. For last more than 2 months my handset is in nokia care but they can’t resolve my handset problem and not replace my handset.
So Sir I am a consumer and I want justice.
