Mobile damage

HI,

I bought a micromax CANVAS 4 handset online in 0ct 2013. Last month on 23rd June my mobiles display stopped working. So i gave my mobile to micromax service center for repairing. They returned my mobile in 15 days after changing the display of my mobile. same day i got an issue in my network. so after analyzing that the network issue was also of my mobile, i again submitted my mobile to service center. They promised to repair within 2 days. But after a week when i went to collect my mobile back, they told me that my mobile,s motherboard is having some issue now so they are going to replace motherboard. I told them to replace my handset completely as mobile is in warranty period. But they declined to do so. They gave me the micromax customer care number which is always unreachable. Now even after 20 days they have not given my mobile back, as they are still saying that the part has not been delivered yet from micromax. so they cant do any thing.
Now my concern here is,
1. why are they not replacing my mobile, even if they are changing the parts at motherboard level.
2. what is the meaning of warranty? is it related to only repairing not replacing?
3. why have they kept my mobile for more than a month now? No satisfactory response i ever had from their end.
4. what should be my action in this scenario, kindly assist. Micromax customer care is always unreachable.

    Dude go to consumer court, lodge a case against Micromax.
    After that it will Micromax reaching you rather than you reaching them..
