Mobile Camera not as per specification

Dear sir/Madam
i have purchased nokia mobile m,model no 6303 clasic,as per specification mobile camera is 3.2 mega pixel but camera results are very poor.even 2 mega pixel photographs are good as compared to this.
Service center checked but not able to resolve problem.this is just like cheating consumer by showing wrong specification.Please do needful to resolve may problem
